The basis for quality is formed by the strictly-defined customer requirements in both the sourcing of raw materials, and the production and delivery of the product.
Efficient production is guaranteed by the monitoring of stock levels, timely purchases and production planning, for which we use a production management system. Timber and finished products are stored in appropriate storage facilities. We employ the principle of continuous development in all of our operations. Productivity is assessed through customer satisfaction and occupational well-being surveys. The staff are encouraged to discuss any points for development and ideas. The company rewards the staff for the achievement of targets.
