Earthpac starts to use a new pallet line
Earthpac has started to use in Äänekoski a new pallet line manufactured by Mechanica Cape. The line is suited for the production of both standard pallets and special pallets with high dimensional accuracy requirements and various lengths.
The utilisation of the line has progressed well and, at the moment, production personnel are participating in training. In its final form, the line is fully automatic, and it can even be controlled by a single operator. The production capacity of the line at normal speed is remarkably high. The line uses Cape's newest modules, such as the completely renewed nailer model that was introduced in Ligna Hannover 2011, a fair held from 30 May to 3 June.
Cape is known for the high production capacity and reliability of its lines. Cape's lines are famous for their high quality and the abundant use of steel. The line used by Earthpac represents Cape's newest technology and it is the pride and joy of both the manufacturer and the user. The length of the system is nearly 55 metres.
